If you haven’t used the guarantee registration portal for a while (up to 6 months), then the email address associated with your account login may have been disabled (this is for security reasons). Your ‘Dealership Manager’ user can re-enable your login, or, if you’re still having problems, please contact your LifeShine Business Manager or our Customer Care team for help.
